How to Submit

Joining our publishing program is simple and exciting! Follow these easy steps to start your journey from writer to published author:

1. Write Your Story

  • Create a self-written story in any genre — fiction, non-fiction.
  • You can also submit a collection of poems.

2. Add Your Creative Touch

  • Include your own hand-drawn or digital illustrations to bring your story to life.
  • Design a unique and eye-catching cover page.

3. Tell Us About You

  • Write a short author bio (50–100 words) introducing yourself.
  • Share your inspiration for writing this story.

4. Submit Your Work

  • Upload your manuscript, illustrations, and author bio through our online submission form.
  • Email your complete submission to info@aspiringauthors.com with the subject line: “Story Submission – [Your Name]”.

5. Selection & Publishing

  • Our editorial team will review all submissions.
  • Selected stories will be professionally edited, designed, and published.

6. Celebrate & Sell

  • Your published book will be listed in our
    online store.
  • Earn achievements and rewards as your book reaches new readers.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submit only original, self-created stories or poems.
  • AI-generated content will not be accepted. or published.
  • Illustrations must be either: Self-created (hand-drawn or digital), or Sourced from copyright-free image libraries with proper credit.
  •  Any submission found to violate copyright laws will not be published.
  • The writer and/or illustrator will be held responsible for any copyright infringement.
  • When submitting your entry, please ensure the following:
  • Mention the program name in the subject line.
  • Clearly include the author’s full name, age, and school/organization (if applicable).
  • File names should be saved as: \[Author Name] – \[Program Name] – \[Title of Work]

Submission Format

  • All entries must be sent via email in the following format:
  • Story or poems in a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx)
  • Illustrations in JPEG format
  • Please include an editable version of all content
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12
