If you are aged 8 or older, from anywhere in the world, this challenge is yours! Write a poem on absolutely any theme or subject close to your heart β there are no limits to your imagination.
π« Schools, Librarians & Educators
Schools, libraries, and educational institutions are warmly encouraged to participate. Help your students find their voice and showcase their creative writing talent to the world through our published anthology.

How to Enter
Four simple steps to becoming a published poet!
Step 1 β Write Your Poem
Pick any theme you love. Keep it to 42 lines maximum (excluding title & line spaces). Type it in Microsoft Word at 12pt font size.
Step 2 β Name Your File Correctly
Save your Word document using the title of your poem as the filename. Do NOT include your name anywhere in the file or filename.
Step 3 β Submit via the Entry Form
Click the Submit button, complete the online entry form, attach your Word document, and submit before the deadline of 30 June 2026 at 23:59 IST.
Step 4 β Await Results!
Winners and shortlisted entries announced on 31 July 2026 on our website. Winning entries published in The Aspiring Authors Anthology.
