ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
In a world increasingly shaped by technology, we believe every child should be more than just a consumer—they should be creators. Our mission is to ignite the joy of reading and writing in young minds, empowering them to express themselves, craft meaningful stories, and develop into confident, passionate storytellers.
What Is The Aspiring Authors National Writing Challenge?
A creative-writing platform established in 2025 aimed at sparking love of writing in children and youth.
Competitions are free to enter, and schools may submit unlimited entries per competition.
Current Competitions
L 1-Age 7–10:Animal Tales/ Story of your Pet (short creative stories) – Deadline November 25, 2025, word limit: 100- 500 words
L 2-Age 11–13:Dare to tell the tales no one else believes (fictional horror or success stories) – Deadline November 25, 2025, word limit: 500- 800 words
L 3-Age 14-17:The Dream Jar (creative writing, open genre) – Deadline November 25, 2025, word limit: 800- 1000 words
L 4- Age 18 onwards: (Open Genre)- Deadline November 25, 2025, word limit: 4000 words.

📥 Step 1 – Submit Entries
Teachers, coaches, or librarians collect student's work and submit it. There’s no limit — send as many entries as you like!
📚 Step 2 – Editorial Review
Our editorial panel reads every submission with care. Exceptional works get shortlisted for publication.
🖋 Step 3 – Get Published
Shortlisted entries appear in Aspiring Authors Anthologies, can be ordered from our Online Store.
📅 Step 4 – Announcement Day
On 1st March 2026, winners will be announced and their profiles will be featured on our website.
🏆 Step 5 – Celebrate Talent
All winners will receive E-Certificates honoring their creativity and achievement.
📝 Step 6 – Register Easily
Parents or schools can sign up — just fill out our simple submission form. NO REGISTRATION FEES
⭐ Step 7 – School Coordinator Spotlight
We’ll feature school coordinators with maximum participation and most shortlisted stories on our website.

- 📝 Original Work Only – Stories or poems written by YOU
- 🚫 No AI Content – AI-generated entries will not be accepted
- ⚠️ Respect copyrights – Writers/illustrators are responsible for their content
